The housing system on Cataclysm Infinity was designed with era-correct functionality in mind, without the bugs of Sphere. All new characters start with a blessed key ring, don't loose it! Keys placed on this key ring will not drop on your corpse should you be killed, rather stay in your backpack when you are resurrected. You may double click your key to lock items down should you choose. All houses also work with the standard house commands. We support deed placed houses, Custom Housing, and in-town (static) houses for you and your guildmates. All static town houses available for player ownership have been manually cleaned out by staff of static items such as tables and chairs, freeing up room for the player to create their own unique layout in their town homes!

All of the original Second Age houses are available for purchase from an Architect vendor.

Lock down items with normal commands, or by double clicking your house key like Sphere.

Houses take approximately one year before becoming in danger of collapsing.

You may sell a house deed back by drag dropping it onto a Real Estate Broker NPC.

Static houses feature a purchase or rent system, all done through the house sign interface.
Deed Houses
House deeds can be purchased from Real Estate Broker vendors, which are located at most crafting shops. You may take the deed into the wilderness to find a flat and clutter free area to place your home. The traditional housing system will be familiar to many long time UO players. You can re-deed your house by Demolishing it through the sign menu, and sell it back for a 90% value by dropping the deed onto a Real Estate Broker.
Custom Houses
You can build your own Custom House on Cataclysm Infinity! Purchase a House Placement Tool from a Real Estate Broker. Find a clutter free area of the wilderness and place the house plot by using the House Placement Tool. You can create the house as you choose and the funds for the building materials will be deducted from your bank account. Be creative and build your dream home!
Static Houses
Static houses are unique to Sphere style and allow you to live directly in the town of your choosing! On Cataclysm Infinity the static housing system is unique, with most buildings rented on a real-world monthly basis. Some buildings are also available for a one time purchase. Rent can be deposited directly through the menu of the house sign. Available static houses can be seen in the [cuo menu. Some buildings are for individual use or guild only. Contact a staff member to request enabling your ability to rent or buy Personal or Guild statics.

Some statics are available exclusively for RP guilds, instructions on how to obtain them are displayed in game on signs at the buildings.
